TIFFANY ELLENBERG

“My goal is to put my clients at ease and keep you informed as to the progress of your case. Although I cannot guarantee specific outcomes for my clients, I can guarantee that your case will be handled by an experienced professional who is devoted to fighting for your rights and keeping you involved at every stage.” ~Tiffany Ellenberg~

Tiffany Jones Ellenberg was born in Atlanta and raised in Morgan County. After graduating with Honors from Rutledge Academy, Ms. Ellenberg attended Georgia College and State University on a scholarship; she graduated with Honors, receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree and Master of Public Administration Degree. She attended John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, Georgia, and in November of 1998, Ms. Ellenberg was admitted to the practice of Law in Georgia. Ms. Ellenberg is licensed and experienced to practice in State and Federal Court at pretrial, trial and appellate level. She handles Probate, Magistrate and Municipal Court cases, as well.

Over the past seventeen years, Ms. Ellenberg has served as an Assistant Solicitor, Court appointed Attorney for both adults and juveniles in Morgan County, Guardian ad Litem for juveniles, Attorney for the City of Oxford, Georgia, and City Attorney for the City of Rutledge, Georgia. Ms. Ellenberg credited each of these positions with her trial experience, experience in legal research and her desire to fight for the underdog.

In 1998, Ms. Ellenberg began practicing law in her hometown area of Madison, Georgia. For the past 17 years, Ms. Ellenberg has focused on Family Law matters (divorce, custody, legal separations, contempt actions, etc.), Probate matters, Criminal Law, and Personal Injury Law in the Ocmulgee Circuit and surrounding circuits.

As a trial attorney, Ms. Ellenberg prepares each case as if it will go to trial. More importantly, as one of the biggest complaints Ms. Ellenberg hears about attorneys is that they can never be reached, she strives to keep a manageable caseload and a competent team who is available to answer any questions during office hours. Although Ms. Ellenberg cannot guarantee a specific outcome for her clients, she can guarantee that your case will be handled by an experienced professional who is devoted to fighting for your rights and keeping you involved at every stage.

Besides being a mother of two handsome young boys, and running a successful practice, over the years, Ms. Ellenberg has found the time to become active in various civic organizations for causes close to her heart, such as Greene County Family Connection, Morgan County Domestic Violence and Greene County Tender Care Advisory Board. She was the sole author of the Morgan County Juvenile Justice Grant through the federal Department of Juvenile Justice. In addition, she has served as an Adjunct Professor of Political Science and Criminal Justice at Truett-McConnell College and Georgia Military College.

Ms. Ellenberg has also served as a mentor for the Morgan County School System and can often be seen caring for children throughout the community. She has also served as a volunteer coach for the local recreation department.
