What happens at an initial consultation?
Our goal is to put you at ease by discussing your case in a comfortable setting. We understand the difficulty of going through a divorce and/or custody matter, and we will make every effort to answer all of your questions. We are dedicated to helping you through the process and keeping you informed every step of the way.
Prior to your consultation you will be asked to complete an information sheet. Should you prefer, please visit our ONLINE FORMS page to print out the form for completion prior to your scheduled consultation.
What do I need to bring?
As each case is individual, please feel free to contact our office prior to your consultation to ask if there are any documents that would help in discussing your situation. If possible, try and bring any documents that will help in your case, such as:
- Previous Court Orders;
- Income information;
- Tax information on real property;
- Information on vehicles.
Where does our firm practice?
With offices in Madison, Georgia, we have a statewide practice. While the majority of our cases are in Athens-Clarke, Baldwin, Bibb, Greene, Jasper, Morgan, Newton, Oconee, Rockdale, Taliaferro, and Walton Counties, we have handled cases throughout the state.
